 The first common problems faced by users of emoji in Nigeria is large numbers of users ranging to 85-90% do not know the meaning of the emoji they use.
My take is the tech company such as Google, Microsoft and other related emoji developers should attach the meaning to this emoji.

Help a student today.  Do you know that fewer than 95% of final-year students do not have a flash drive on which they are supposed to store their project and other documents? Most students at my school and other schools have found it difficult. This leads me to the question of how I can assist and reduce the number of students who do not have a flash drive. Please help our students if you are reading this right now. I know that most individuals are now using cloud storage services and don't use this flash drive again.
